SUPERVISOR REPORTS

Report functionality will immediately become available upon changing your login mode to Manage Direct Reports.

Click on the  tab to access the reports that are available to you.

For instructions on how to run each report, click on the report title below:

Use the Learning Completion Detail for Supervisor Report to identify which of your direct reports has any Complete status (Complete/Complete-No Evaluation/Waived) for specific learnings.

Use the Learning Not Completed Detail by Hierarchy for Administrator Report to identify who within a defined hierarchy has Enrolled, Wait listed, and Required statuses.

Use the Non-Completed Learning by Hiearchy report to see who, in the assigned hierarchy, has never completed a specific learning.

These reports allow you to see - in real time- if staff have met or are on target to meet their Casework Core, Casework Ongoing, Supervisor Core, or Supervisor Ongoing training requirements.

Use the Specified Completion Status Report to identify and support individuals with a specified status (Complete, Complete-No Evaluation, No Show, Cancelled, Incomplete, In Progress, Waived, etc.). For example, a person with multiple statuses of Complete-No Evaluation may need technical support regarding logging into E-Track and finishing the survey submission process.

Use this report to easily see profile information, including hire date, person type, OAC training effective date, and active IDP titles/due dates.
