FACILITATOR DETAILS

Log into E-Track and change your login mode to Facilitator to navigate to your Facilitator Calendar.

From your Facilitator Calendar:

From the Facilitator Catalog>Details screen, you can view your bio statement, or you can click on one of the tabs in the left-side menu to see a list of skill sets (coaches) and learnings (facilitators) for which you are approved, view and print your training history, or view the list of training regions to which you've indicated you are willing to travel:

Trainer Category:

If your bio statement is on file, it appears at the bottom of this screen.

Use the Facilitator Edit Webform link at the top of the screen to submit a new bio statement or to edit your existing bio statement.

Restrictions:

The OCWTP does not currently use Restrictions functionality.

Approvals:

Lists all learnings you are currently approved to train and all skill sets you are currently approved to coach.

If you'd like to see your entire list of current and expired learnings and skill sets, click in the Show Expired box.

Instructional Experience:

Lists past, present, and future sessions, including sessions that were cancelled.

  • Sort Your Instructional Experience:
    • Click on any column title to re-sort. For example, click on SESSION END DATE to sort by date in ascending order; click on SESSION END DATE again to reverse the order. (The default setting is to sort by Session Title.)
  • Print Your Instructional Experience:
    • Click on the Text Box: Print Report button.
    • First Session End Date - Type or use the calendar icons to assign the first day of the date range for the sessions you want to print.
    • Last Session End Date - Type or use the calendar icons to assign the last day of the date range for the sessions you want to print.
    • Export Format - For best results, click in the drop-down field and select Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
    • Click on Text Box: Run Report.
    • Click on the printer http://www.stevenshenager.edu/computer-literacy/printer%20icon.jpg icon.
    • Make your printer preferences selections.
      • HELPFUL HINT: You may need to change print orientation to .
    • Click on Text Box: Print.

When finished, click on the X in upper right corner of each screen until you return to the INSTRUCTIONAL EXPERIENCE screen.

Contact:

This information is based upon your primary role in E-Track. If you are a public children services agency employee as well as a facilitator, your work contact information and direct supervisor will be listed here.

If your only role within the OCWTP is that of facilitator, your home or preferred contact information is listed.

The Facilitator Administrator Information refers to the IHS staff member to whom you should direct questions about your learning outlines or approved learnings.

Use the Facilitator Edit Webform link at the top of the screen to submit a new bio statement or to edit your existing bio statement.

Commute Locations:

Lists Regional Training Centers/regions to which you are willing to travel.

Use the Facilitator Edit Webform link at the top of the screen to submit changes to your contact information.

System:

Provides system information, including who last made edits to your facilitator information.


  • Click on the https://e-track.teds.com/teds/images/cancel1.gif from any tab on the Facilitator Catalog>Details page to return to your Facilitator Calendar.

  • Click on the   button from any screen within the Facilitator Portal screen to return to your My Activities login mode in E-Track Everyone.

  • Click on the X in the upper-right corner to exit E-Track.


HELPFUL HINT: You must be in My Activities login mode to enroll in or withdraw from training, view and manage your to-do list (sessions you’re registered to attend, surveys, etc.), view and print your transcript and certificates for sessions you’ve attended, and view and edit your personal profile information. Refer to the E-Track Everyone - Working with your own record section of the E-Track Help Center for instructions.
