YOUR SURVEY RESPONSES AND COMMENTS ARE COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS!
IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT TO KNOW that surveys are delivered to enrollees on the morning of the last day of the session. For one-day sessions, this means the survey will be on your to-do list before the session has even begun:
- PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY RESPONSES UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE ATTENDED THE SESSION IN ITS ENTIRETY!
- BE CAREFUL TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK FOR THE RIGHT LEARNING EVENT! If you have multiple surveys on your to-do list, note which survey you're opening so that your feedback matches the session to which the survey is attached:
- YOU MUST SELECT A RESPONSE FOR EACH SURVEY QUESTION. The [Submit] button will be grayed out and unclickable if you have not selected a response for all of the survey questions.
- SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY BY THE DEADLINE noted on your survey notification to ensure you receive the correct credit assignment.
- DO NOT SUBMIT A SURVEY FOR A SESSION YOU DID NOT ATTEND IN ITS ENTIRETY. If you have "Enrolled" status when surveys are delivered, you will receive a survey. If you did not attend the session in its entirety, please do not submit the survey; and disregard survey notifications - The survey will be removed from your to-do list as soon as you've been given Cancelled or No-Show status for the session - usually within a few days of the session.
