From Administrator Main Menu:
- Click on Person Directory.
- Perform a person search.
- Click in the box
next to the person’s name to select.
- From the left-side menu, click on Training Notebook.
- From the left-side menu, click the down arrow
to reveal Learning Options.
- From the left-side menu, click Add History from Learning Catalog.
- In the Local Code field, type *PS*.
- On the resulting screen, click on the Underlined Title for one Preservice module. (Credit must be applied for each module individually.)
- On the resulting :::Add History::: screen:
- Training Region - Click in the drop-down field and select the geographic county in which the session was held.
- Status * (required) - Click in the drop-down field and select the status of Complete.
- Start Date - Type or use the calendar
icon to assign the date on which the agency director approved the waiving of Core.
- Completion Date - Again, type or use the calendar
icon to assign the date on which the agency director approved the waiving of Core.
- Elective - Leave this box unchecked.
- From the left-side menu, click on Approvals & Scoring.
- Approvals:
- Click on the Approved By magnifying glass
icon.
- Perform a person search for the individual who approved applying credit for the session.
- Click on the person's underlined name to select.
- Click on the Approved By magnifying glass
- Scoring:
- Licensure Hrs - 0
- Hours:
- OCWTP Hours - 3
- Approvals:
- If desired, additional information may be recorded in the Notes field:
- From the left-side menu, click on Notes.
- Click in the Notes field and type the information you wish to record.

to confirm History has been updated.

to return to the person's Training Notebook.
