When a session roster is processed, each person is assigned either a credit or a non-credit completion status:
For-Credit Statuses: Complete, Complete-No Evaluation, UPP-Waived, Waived
Not-For-Credit Statuses: Incomplete, Cancelled, No-Show
If you discover that an incorrect status has been assigned to an end user, CAREFULLY select the appropriate instructions for correcting the person's status:
- From a For-Credit Status to a different For-Credit Status
- From a Not-For-Credit Status to a For-Credit Status
- From a Not-For-Credit Status to another Not-For-Credit Status
- From a For-Credit Status to a Not-For-Credit Status
- From Incomplete to Complete Status - You must contact E-Track staff (E-Track@ihs-trainet.com / 614-437-2516) if an individual attends only part of a session (incomplete) but has been approved to complete the training during a future session.
