14-SURVEYS-APPLY CANCELLED STATUS

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Whether cancelling individuals or an entire session on or after the session end date, APPLYING CANCELLED STATUS FROM THE SESSION ATTENDEE LIST ENSURES SURVEYS ARE REMOVED FROM EACH INDIVIDUAL'S TO-DO LIST.

Apply cancelled status to attendees, as necessary:

From the Administrator Main Menu:

  • Search for an existing session.
  • Check the box to the left of the  Underlined Session Title.
  • From the left-side menu, click on Attendees.
  • Check the box(es) to the left of the  Underlined Name of each individual you wish to cancel from the session.
  • From the left-side menu, click Cancel Attendee.
  • Click OK to confirm cancellations.
  • Click  to return to the Session Search Results screen.
